Hi Nata,
Do you have a Mac version with the pyramid method C?
Thanks,
Dave...

Re: Tamron 90 macro not accepting commands
I was actually able to get it to cooperate with Remote. But I will probably be sending it in for repair. How did you actually managed it? I just bought a 2nd hand Tamron SP AF90mm 2.8 DI (272EN II) and operation with HR is a pain. Autofocus works sometimes but I cannot move the focus in small steps...

Live view exposure
I am having difficulty getting focus on the furthest point. While I focus prior to shooting, I feel I have reached the proper setting. Granted this subject lacks a lot of detail. When in live view trying to focus, the image is vastly over exposed, aperture not stopped down as it would be during expo...

Re: Tamron 90 macro not accepting commands
It appears I have an issue with the lens. This is a push/pull Auto/Manual focus. I notice that getting it to auto focus sometimes requires multiple push pulls. I think it is defective and luckily still under warranty. I was actually able to get it to cooperate with Remote. But I will probably be sen...

Re: Tamron 90 macro not accepting commands
Hello I have the exact same setup as you. I also came across the same problem until I moved the Autofocus area mode switch from single point AF to dynamic area AF. Hope this helps. I will try that later today and report back. You might have just saved me a thousand smackers. Although I kind of want...

Retouching and focus masks
Is there anyway to turn off the focus masks in the slices while retouching? For me it would make it much easier to identify an area that might have enough focus to be usable that is not so identified by HF.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Tamron 90 macro not accepting commands
I can only suggest you to test it with Nikon Camera Control Pro 2 to make sure if this software or firmware/hardware bug. Stas, I tried Nikon CCP2 and it would not allow any focus changes either. Oh well. Guess I have to pony up for a Nikon 105 if I want to use this focal range with Remote. Thanks,...

Tamron 90 macro not accepting commands
I have the Tamron 90mm macro. It won't accept commands for focus. It acts like the lens is set to manual. This lens does not have a switch for auto/manual, it is a push/pull mechanism. My Sigma 150 and Nikkor 60 work just fine. Any info on compatibility with the Tamron 90 would be appreciated. This ...

Re: A little help with my first image
OK, I think it was operator error. I redid the shot, with a different tomato, (I ate the first one) Also used a definite contrast point on the front of tomato for close focus point. Also changed out lens to 60mm Nikor and only needed 8 shots at f3.6 Also only needed a little retouching whi...

Re: Disable live view for Nikon cameras
I know it is another piece of equipment, but adding an external power supply or a battery grip for either a D700 or D7000 is not all that expensive and would get you through the sequences. Just a thought.

Re: A little help with my first image
I was able to help myself some. By using the retouching/cloning tool in Focus. In the attached image you see the results. I brought into PS to sharpen. I exaggerated the sharpenning to distinguish what I believe was a failure in Remote to get the foreground in focus, even with the close focus point ...

A little help with my first image
Nikon D700 Tamron 90mm micro 71 shots, sorry don't remember the interval. Closed remote before I thought to write anything down. Front 1/2 is very soft as is the back 1/8 or so. Center is much better, yet still has some issues. I know subject is difficult as it has no hard edges. (and maybe this is ...

Error trying to set close focus Nikon D700
I have submitted a bug report, but was hoping to get a quicker resolution in case it is just some setting that I am missing and not a bug. I get this error on both the stable and beta version. I am trying to evaluate prior to purchase. Version 2.3.14 and current beta. Nikon D700, manual mode, 60mm m...
