Thanks Stas. I reset the camera, but that didn't change anything.

I then plugged the camera into a different computer & it fired just fine, so I'm assuming it's a software issue.

Any other thoughts?

Is there a setting (or could it be added to the next version) that will automatically clear the source image list after the rendered file has been saved?
