After checking that my OTG adapter was working using thubmdrives it was determined that the fault lay withing the cord. Switched out cord. Worked beautifully!

I installed Helicom Remote v2.5.8 on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 running ICS. I have it hooked through the Samsung adapter and then through a USB cord and HR says 'No Camera Found.'
