Re: Some bugs in HF
Found another issue. The DNG save does not work in the Mac version. It asks for jpg quality when I select DNG and saves the file as a jpg even if I cancel the quality level dialog.

Re: Some bugs in HF
Hi,
Just registered HF online to check out some files and found that I could no longer drag-n-drop in version 6.3.0. It was functional earlier. Might be something to do with registration or the new security update from Apple. Not sure which, but, drag-n-drop of files does not work currently.

Ah, okay. Just wanted to add some more...

Re: D750 Wifi connection?
So where exactly did you get the 1.1 and 1.2 addresses? It sounds like you might be confusing the camera address (which is what you need to input in the program to connect with that camera) and the computer / tablet address (which is irrelevant).
Since the camera is hosting the network, it makes ...

Some bugs in HF
Hi,
I came across some issues (bugs) in the current HF as follows:
1. If you save any output and then try to over-write the same after making any changes, the original file is never over-written. Another *.tif_temp file is created and left instead. To check, just save the same file twice using the ...

Re: Output of Helicon Focus not placed in source folder
Well, seems an issue with the HF plugin.
LR does export, runs HF and waits for HF to return a status which does not happen and therefore LR "appears" to be stuck. Also, the saving path issue does exist in HF if you try it. HF does not go the the source directory.
There is one other point here...LR ...

Re: They don't tell you this in the tutorials!
Perhaps this explanation might help...
Images are captured and measured in "pixels" not in "cm". The "resolution" of 72 DPI or 240 DPI is put in (by the device/camera) to figure out how that image would be represented on a given device.
You can change, or even remove, the DPI in any image and it ...

Re: D750 Wifi connection?
I just tried my D5300 with the current HR and got it working after around 15-20 minutes of fiddling. Turned out to be quite simple on OS X and might be the same for the tabs as well since the network and routing would work the same way.
1. Switch on the WiFi on the camera and connect the system/tab ...
