Can I use a Samsung S3 neo? Or a Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 or a Samsung Galaxy Core 2?

Our goal is to connect a Canon EOS 1200d with a small Android Smartphone using the Helicon App.

Thanks for your help,

Paul

Hi,

We're trying to setup a system with a Samsung S3 neo and a Canon 1200d.
They don't seem to connect at all. Other devices (Galaxy tab 4 and Asus memopad 7) work fine.

Is the Samsung S3 neo phone not compatible? Is there a list of compatible phones?

Best regards,

Paul Visser
