Helicon FB Tube and Liveview

My FB Tube works with liveview when I have my Tamron lens attached but not with my Canon lens. Any suggestions?

My Canon lenses tend to prefer the extension tube fitted to the camera then the FB tube. Tend to have problems communicating the other way.

I am having the same problem with my Helicon FB tube purchased in January. It comes with a magnetic cable rather than a transmitter. Have tried updating the firmware and lens configuration using both an iPad and PC but the LED does not flash green to confirm the update is complete. Both the iPad and...

Now working OK. Closed down laptop and tried Helicon Remote again this morning. Must have been something in the background interfering with communication between laptop and camera.

Helicon Remote reporting camera connection fault on my laptop running Windows Vista. Working OK on my PC running Windows 10. Any suggestions?

Canon 760D RAW v JPEG

Attached are 2 images opened in Helicon Focus from the Canon 760D. One is a RAW file the second has been converted to a JPEG in Photoshop prior to opening. Why the difference? The JPEG is the correct colour.
