Just reporting that I had a crash issue. I did a batch process and forgot to split the folder images. I deleted all the images via the settings cogwheel under the Source images window. I went and started the Batch process anew. After splitting the folder I removed the previously Heliconed image from ...

I know this is an old thread but I have this issue running MacOS 15.5 when choosing Add Multiple Folders. The solution is to drag the folder you need from the External Drive to the left pane of the Dialog Box and it will be added to the list of Volumes. It's sticky so will show up the next time.

1. On all 5 stations here that have 6.7.1 on a Mac Pro running 10.11 Cmd + does not work for the zoom tool in retouching or rendering context. Cmd - does. Would a log help?

I have HF Pro ver 4.2.9 running on a Mac Pro with 10.11 Everything works but the retouching brush has disappeared. Could this be an issue with the licensing code? Could HF think its now running a Lite version? It was fine under 10.9 I would upgrade but Ver 6 is missing some of Ver 4 functionality ...

In Version 6 did you do away with keyboard commands? specifically for zoom (cmd -) works but (cmd +) doesnt.
The scroll bar for the image list works only with the mouse wheel not the pointer.
When saving an image you can no longer paste in the filename.
Is there a goood reason one has to move the ...

I'm using HF 4.2.9 on one machine and evaluating HF 6.6.1 on another. I manually focus Hasselblad lenses and occasionally will misfocus in sequence. Rare but it does happen. In 4.2.9 I can manually reorder the files, for example I shot files where the middle of 15 exposures are ....10cm, 14 cm, 12cm ...
