We looked for your bug report but we can't find/identify it, sorry. So please reproduce the problem and send a bug report. There are no known issues with Canon R7, and it's very unlikely that the new version will fix it. We need to understand what the problem is, then we'll try to address it.

That's not a problem with the version of the app. Please send a bug report with the camera connected and turned on, we'll take a look and reply: menu - Feedback - Report a bug. Make sure to enter a valid e-mail address in the report dialog, we'll send the reply there.

Nothing is wrong, the new version is being gradually rolled out by Google Play, not all users get the update at the same time. Do you need the new update, is something not working in 4.5.1? Or were you just curious why you don't see it?

That's not the same problem, you should be able to still interact with the app and access the bug report function.
Please reproduce the freeze, terminate Helicon Remote. Then unplug the camera, reopen Helicon Remote and send a bug report.

That is odd, because there should be absolutely no interaction between Helicon Focus and Lightroom (LR can launch Helicon Focus, and that's all). Please do a quick launch of Helicon Focus and send a bug report: menu - Help - Contact support. Then exit Focus, do a slow launch (standalone, not as an ...

Is this on Windows or Mac?
Try to deactivate Helicon Focus (Ctrl+Shift+D/Cmd+Shift+D) and then register again (menu - Help - Register online - paste your activation code).

Yes, you can register on up to 4 computers, as long as Helicon Focus is only running on one at a time.
