Yes, it does, always has been, that's not the problem.

Re: Slow HF 8.2.14
What kind of images are they - format and resolution? If they're raw images - what's the model of the camera? And do you open them directly in Helicon Focus, or export from Capture One or Lightroom?

Re: Slow HF 8.2.14
Is that 7 minutes for the whole stack? Or per one photo in a stack? Is OpenCL enabled in the Preferences - Performance?

Re: Soft output compared to Photoshop
The error most likely means that the installed Nikon codec doesn't support the camera that the image was shot with. Either way this is an error returned by the codec itself and there's nothing we can do about it. I think comparing to focus stacking with Photoshop or other software is not the right w...

Re: individual image orientation/rotation
At some point we will probably add an option to ignore the EXIF orientation flag, but the real solution is to turn off auto rotation in your camera body settings. Also, there are plenty batch orientation editors that should work with raw files (because it's simply a matter of changing an EXIF field).

Re: Manual reorder of files.
There's no such ability, the files are sorted alphabetically based on their file name. It's not currently planned, but I noted down your request. If the focal plane shift between consecutive shots is a lot smaller than the depth of field, which is often the case, you can just un-tick the wrong files...

Re: Partially resolved the issue with non-focus stepping
Hello, It transfers the first image to the PC and the subsequent ones to the camera's card. That is extremely odd, unless you by "the first shot" you mean a picture that gets taken automatically when the camera is connected. I assume that after setting the nearest-farthest points, returnin...

Yes, that's the name of the menu item, and if you navigate to where the project is saved you will find a folder.

I understand you very well, and my prediction is probably exaggerated, but we will definitely see more progress in that direction soon.

Re: Artificial intelligence in the future
Hi! It's probably not impossible in principle, but it's not something we're currently pursuing or thinking of. A year from now you will probably not have to shoot any photos at all, you would just describe what you want to see and a realistic photo will be generated. There will probably also be serv...

Re: Payment problems for lifetime license
Hi, we've never heard of anything like this and I don't think there's anything wrong with our payment processing service (as evidenced by many years of daily operation with no trouble until your report). Could you please contact your bank for explanation? It's probably a mistake on their end, some i...

Thanks, we're looking into it and will get back to you as soon as possible (depending on how quickly we can reproduce the error).

Re: Please add support for multilayer tif input
Could you please let us know which system(s) produce such files (what are their names), and share one sample multi-layer TIFF image? You can upload it to our private storage.
