Re: Problem Connecting Sony A7RIII to Helicon Remote - MacBook M1 and Galaxy S24 Ultra (Trial Version)
30 seconds definitely sounds like a lot of time, 6 seconds is normal and what you should expect. The exact time depends on how many focus steps there are between shots. Send a bug report when you see that it's shooting too slowly: menu - Feedback - Report a bug.

Re: Helicon Remote - Mobile
You must navigate to the second point by using the <<<, <<, < / >, >>, >>> buttons in the app. Nothing else will work, and make sure to not move the camera, or rotate its focus ring, or perform autofocus after locking the first point. All focus adjustment must ONLY be done through the app. But you ...

Re: Sony A1M2 Support
Hi, it's impossible for the software to detect focus adjustments made outside of the software. You can select the first focus position by any means convenient to you, but then you must use the focus stepping buttons in Helicon Remote to select the other point (<<<, <<, < / >, >>, >>> buttons).

Re: general question about how to use HR effectively
I understand, and you can start by multiplying the number in Helicon Remote by 15, see if it looks similar to what the in-camera numbers amount to.

Re: general question about how to use HR effectively
A few seconds per shot is normal/unavoidable.
The units in the camera most certainly do not match the value you're seeing in Helicon Remote. They may match this value times the number of steps in the settings (15 by default), but we don't really know.

Re: Problem with Performance when using Helicon Remote
Hello,
Which version of Helicon Remote is that? Check in the app's menu (button in the top right corner) - About.
And which version of Android is this device running? That's in the Android system preferences - About, or something like that.

Re: Helicon Focus Issue Version 8.3.4 on Windows
We need to know what the actual error is - the one that doesn't say "... previous launch". Re-enable OpenCL, restart Helicon Focus, send a bug report if you get an error: menu - Help - Contact support.
