That's interesting! Do you get this tint if you render one JPEG with one raw file?
And thanks for letting us know about the problem, as well as the solution!

Re: Error while capturing
Sounds like it's not a problem with the permissions. Please reproduce the saving error and send a bug report: menu - Help - Report a bug.

Re: Error while capturing
Hi, I'm not sure I understand the problem. Did you get the same "Failed to save" message, created the folder manually, and then it saves there, but numeration is not what you wanted? In that case it's a Mac thing, check System Preferences - Privacy & Security - Files and Folders, check if Helicon ...

Re: Horrible green cast in Helicon Focus stacks
Thanks, but unfortunately that doesn't help us, we need to be able to study the problem. Since it doesn't always happen, it would be very useful If you could figure out what makes it occur or not.
By the way, you should be able to attach images on the forum now.

Re: Horrible green cast in Helicon Focus stacks
Hi,
Please try opening and rendering any two images from the offending stack, and if the problem still occurs, send these 2 images to us so that we can reproduce the issue. You can upload them here.

Re: D850: advice for managing live view shooting images
Then just select tap the image format selector on the Exposure tab and choose RAW. Or pre-select it in the camera. Helicon Remote will never change your image format as long as you have a license, which you do. You can go to the menu - Preferences - Saving, and choose "Leave in the camera" for raw ...

Re: D850: advice for managing live view shooting images
Hi, JPEG is forced if you don't have a license, and the 30-day trial period has ended. But even then, JPEG is only selected for the shortest possible duration of time while the shot is being taken, and then restored back to your original selected image format. Your camera will actually be set to raw ...

Re: How much memory can Helicon use?
This means that your cache size is too large, more than the amount of free memory you actually have while using Helicon Focus, so reduce it in the Preferences - Performance. Helicon Focus will correctly remove old items from the cache when it's full and new images are being created. Also, removing ...

I understand, please don't worry, Helicon Focus is in active development and we will do everything necessary for it to be compatible with the new changes in macOS. We aim to provide a native ARM version with the next major update that we're currently working on. And we're happy to hear our software ...

Re: Helicon Remote on Android
Hi Hans, please send a bug report so we can see what the problem is and offer solutions. Connect the camera, open Helicon Remote, wait for about 10 seconds, then go to the app's menu - Feedback - Report a bug, fill in the e-mail and a short comment, and send it. But before that, make sure to ...

Re: Helicon Remote on Android
We looked for your bug report but we can't find/identify it, sorry. So please reproduce the problem and send a bug report. There are no known issues with Canon R7, and it's very unlikely that the new version will fix it. We need to understand what the problem is, then we'll try to address it.

That's not a problem with the version of the app. Please send a bug report with the camera connected and turned on, we'll take a look and reply: menu - Feedback - Report a bug. Make sure to enter a valid e-mail address in the report dialog, we'll send the reply there.
