After downloading via an Android Tablet i got the right one, version 4.1.4. I still don't understand why downloading via windows gives me a different version, but my problem is solved.

Still the 4.0.6. version after download from your link. Ill attach a screendump from the properties tab where you can see that it is the 4.0.6 version.

I am using Windows 10 verion 21H1,
When i look at the properties of the downloaded file i see in the detail tab version 4.0.6.0.
After intall it says at the top of the window Helicon Remote (ver. 4.0.6 W)
