I cannot shoot full-res images with NikonD850 v1.20 Firmware, always reverts to low res and pops up error window.

I am having a problem in which Batch Processing holds up about five stacks in and does not continue.
I have cleaned and moved cache files.
Tried open CL and then shut it off.
Tried the stack on two computers, same problem.
Any ideas?
