Can anybody advise please?

Loaded Helicon Remote. Seems to be running OK. Connected Canon EOS 1100D. Helicon Remote recognises camera. But from here I can't do anything - no connection to Live View, unable to take images etc.

Reset camera to factory settings, and followed camera setup ...
