In the Sony A7rv menu the is no pc remote

Sony A7RV and macbook pro running Helicon Remote tethered with a cable does not connect. The camera is found, but the total HR screen is greyed out - I assume that means it cannot read the data from the camera. I think it is menu settings in the camera.
