Re: Wireless Remote on Nikon D750
No extra software is needed. Just turn Wi-Fi on in the camera and connect your computer or mobile phone to the camera's Wi-Fi network.

Re: File > New ?
Hi Brian, There are no projects to speak of, there are focus stacks. You can have as many stacks as you want, rendered from the same set of source images, or from totally different images. Just load new photos (via drag-and-drop, "Open images", or any other "Open ..." option). Th...

Re: .CR3 files
There is no problem with batch processing per se. If you're receiving this message, it's means that you're using the "split stack" function in combination with one of the options that require reading EXIF metadata from the images (split by shooting time or split by exposure). Yes, this is ...

Re: Error allocating and Failure to create dng errors
That's interesting, I see why this would happen, but the error should be with transferring EXIF metadata and not with saving the image itself. What error message are you getting?

Re: Can I use Helicon Remote with a Lens that is only Manual focus?
Automated focus bracketing is not possible with a manual lens. If that's your goal, you'd have to use macro rails (Stackshot, Wemacro).

Re: Panorama with Helicon focus
Hello Rainer,
You just need to slide the "overlapping of columns" slider until it looks roughly correct, then press Render for Helicon Focus to perform auto-alignment.

Hello Rainer,
Thank you. And which three of these images did you use for the three in a row test that you've described earlier?

Re: Video recording with Nikon
Yes, of course there is a technical problem on Android, it's not like we just decided to remove this feature. And we can't figure out why it happens and how to fix it. One thing you can do is send us a bug report from the older version when it doesn't detect the camera, we'll see if it's something t...

Re: OpenCL not working on MacOS 13.3.1
Does the window title show the version number "8.2.4"? If not, you just need to get the latest version 8.2.4 and the problem will be gone.
If it is version 8.2.4, please send a bug report (menu - Help - Contact support) after getting the OpenCL error.
