Re: My first try was useless
Two comments, first, if they are the original jpegs they are of low quality. Second, the lighting you used is poor. I would start by improving lighting and see whether that fixes some of the artefacts. You need to get the overall process set up correctly, including lighting and jpg quality. Poor ima...

3D viewer suggestions
Hi
Any chance the export options on the 3D viewer can be extended to:
1. HTML5 ((including mouse control, click and drag, zoom in/out), and/or
2. interactive MP4 files (including mouse control, click and drag, zoom in/out)?
regards
Michael

Re: Helicon Method C Support
No, only happened once to me. It was fixed without drama.
I suspect a cache issue, maybe.

Re: Helicon Method C Support
I had the same issue. I just changed to another view mode (top left hand of screen under File ....)
Then I changed back to my normal split screen, problem fixed.
Clean out your cache as well.

Video only imports as landscape
Hi When importing 6k video into Helicon Focus, it always imports the frames in Landscape mode, even if the original video was taken in Portrait Mode. The same applies to 4K video. Is there a setting I can change to import the frames in the form they are taken? Either Landscape or Portrait? Or once i...

Re: Naming convention
Stas Will the naming template also apply to video batch processing when it comes out? I hope so. Edit FYI: I changed the naming parameters in Ver 7 to include the original file name, then processed a 6K video. It used the name Frame 1 , not the original video file name. So HF must be getting the nam...

Feature request - batch processing for 4K and 6K video files
Hi I use a Panasonic G9 and its Post focus feature, several models have Post Focus. The camera takes a 4K or 6K video around a second or two long. You then import the video into Helicon and stack the frames, Method C seems to work best. It gives a tif file around 50meg which I can then process. The ...

Helicon Focus Ver 7.01 bug: 6K video
Hi HF Windows version I have a 6K video file from a PanasonicG9. In version 6.8.0 Pro I can use File>Open Video and the video frames are extracted and I can use HF to stack the frames. In version 7.0.1 Pro I get this error message: Failed to decode video and the file file will not import. regards Mi...

Re: Mid-curtain flash option
Thanks, I will wait and see whether any come of it. I am still happy around 1:1, this would help if I go over 5x. So I have plenty to learn yet.
Finally bought the WeMacro today, so I can use Helicon Remote with it.
