I've searched but didn't find answer to my question which is that I get this message opening Helicon Focus: 'Cannot get trial licence: error communicating with activation server' and if i try to use the software at the end I got a watermarked text on the middle of my picture and can't even evaluate how good or bad the software is. And no, there is no problem with my internet connection Can anyone help with this issue please!
1. Firewall on your computer may block the request from our program to our server. Please try deactivating your firewall, add Helicon Focus to white list.
2. Can be something about proxy settings - please try disabling them.
Are you running the v.7.5.8?
