How can I download Helicon Filter for a new computer? I have the Workstation ID and key from the old one

The latest version can be downloaded from https://heliconsoft.com/downloads/HeliconFilter.exe
Please register the license using your activation code (main menu->Help->Register online). The code is case sensitive.

Hi,
My hard drive died and I have a new one. I downloaded HF from the link you provided last October and installed it. Trying to connect on line to activate my license it states that the ad supported version is not able to connect the server. How do I verify my license?

There are several options to check here:

1. Most probably firewall on your computer blocks request from our program to our server. Please try deactivating your firewall, add Helicon Focus to white list.

2. Can be something about proxy settings - please try disabling them
