Problems with Saved Files

I have saved my stacked images — the same stack of photos — using methods A, B, and C (separately). The three stacked files have been saved as TIFFs. Upon trying to open each of the three finished files, I get only horizontal, stacked colored lines. No photographic images.

What am I doing wrong?????

Are you running the latest version of Helicon Focus - 7.5.8?
