Hello,
Canon already has several cameras that save the files with the extension CR3. Is there a chance that Heliconsoft will support this file extension in the near future? Right now I have to decide to upgrade from a one year license to a definitive membership. It costs a lot of time to transform the CR3 files into DNG format. I also wonder if this transformation results in a loss of quality?

We will definitely add support of CR3 as soon as we have technical possibility. One of industry-standard third-party components for handling raw files that we rely on doesn't support it yet. Normally exporting from Lightroom to Helicon Focus as DNG does not involve complications. If you don't find LR is a good option for converting, there's a number of other solutions to choose from. This transformation does not result in loss of quality as соmpared to opening raw files in Helicon Focus directly.

It whould be pretty cool to get this option.
