Registration suddenly disappeared

Hy there,
I own a lifetime version of Helicon Focus Prof and had it registered since years.
Today when a started Helicon Focus it presented the 30 days trial mode.
Nothing on my pc system was changed.
My question:
Do I loose any allowed activations number if I do a new registration with my activation code?
