Use another output as a source - missing

Post by Cristian »

Hello!

I have a small problem when retouching with Helicon - the Use another output as a source option is missing from time to time. I suspect it's due to enabling Use OpenCL hardware acceleration option. Disabling and enabling the option, makes the option available but then it's gone when using Helicon again. And so on...

I'm not that bothered with it since the software runs already very fast but I think there is a small problem! :)

My video card is Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 with latest drivers, btw.

Later edit: this doesn't seem to be caused by hardware acceleration, it did happen again without hardware acceleration enabled.

Please make sure that the first image of the stack is the same for all outputs. If the stack is exactly the same, please make sure the sorting order is identical as well (right-click on the source image list for a context menu: Sort ascending/descending/automatically).

Hello!

The first image is the same. The sorting order is checked as automatically, didn't change anything there.

Still the same issue which occurs sporadically but it's always there.
