Stack info written into EXIF data on TIFF output but not DNG

I have noticed that Helicon Focus writes useful info (e.g. "Stacked from 120 images. Method=A (R=1,S=4)") into the UserComment field of the EXIF data when the output file type is TIFF, but not when it is DNG. This is really useful. Is this a bug, a limitation, or is there a setting which I need to enable for the details to be written to the DNG EXIF?
