Just downloaded helicon focus and helicon 3d viewer.

After loading my stacked images into helicon focus and running a render, i click on export 3d model under the save tab and i get the following error:

Helicon 3D Viewer not found at path: /private/var/folders/zc/.....

the helicon 3d viewer is in my applications folder and i am running on a mac

anyone else run into this problem?

i am running helicon focus 7.6.3 trial version

Hello Amanda,

please make sure to launch Helicon Focus from Applications. In order to install Helicon Focus, please make sure to follow the instructions below:

1. Open/mount the .dmg file from the Downloads folder.

2. Drag the Helicon Focus and Helicon 3D Viewer icons onto the Applications folder icon.

3. Launch Helicon Focus from the Applications folder.
