Reset Entire Program To Fresh Install State / Raw Codec Freeze up

Hi,

I tried out a Microsoft codec for raw CR2 files. Now when I load the CR2 files using the Microsoft option, it just sits and spins forever and I have to hard close the program. I've tried uninstalling Helicon Focus and it's registry files, but when I reinstall, it has kept the last choices I made before uninstall including the Microsoft codec option, so I'm stuck in a loop. I can't change the option. I cannot locate this MS codec to uninstall it. How can I reset the program to not use the Microsoft option in association with the CR2 files? Or how can I reset the program to a fresh install state?

Open the Helicon Focus preferences (menu - Edit - Preferences) and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + W. Proceed to clear the settings as prompted.
