I'm not able to use F9 key on Mac to load a specific file. Is there another shortcut? Thank you

As you know, by default the top row of keys on a Mac controls certain features and you need to either hold down Fn key when pressing a function key, or to change defaults in system preferences. Please make sure that function keys are set up correctly and please let us know if the problem persists.
