Hi,
I have used Adobe Super Resolution to enhance the quality of 7 Canon CR2 images. They are exported as DNG-files with 2x the original resolution (resulting in 7680x11520). When I import those into Helicon Focus everything works fine, but the result has the resolution of the original CR2 files (3840x5760px). Also, rendering doesn't take more time (as I would expect with these huge DNG-files), so it seems that Helicon Focus does not use the enhanced information from the Super-Resolution-Enhanced DNG-files.
Is this a known issue, and will it be supported in the next version?
I'm working on Win10, Helicon Focus 7.6.4, Adobe DNGConverter 13.2.0.738 (all up to date)
Thanks, Thijs
Adobe Super Resolution not supported?
Re: Adobe Super Resolution not supported?
I've sent a WeTransfer link with three test files to support@heliconsoft.com.
