Video Driver

When I try to start Helicon Remote I am getting a message which says I need a proper Video driver. I am on a Dell Laptop XPS 15 9550 with a Gforce GTX 950M the lastest driver is installed. Has anyone come accross theis problem before. The program wont stay open when I click the message to close it it closes the program. Any help appreciated.
