Bug report:
In the Menu => File => Save All (Ctl+Shift+S) , the LZW option is not remembered. Every time I do a Ctl+Shift+S I need to check that checkbox

Thank you for reporting this problem. We've just fixed it and the next update of Helicon Focus will be free from this issue. I'm also sending you a private message with a link to the pre-release version of Helicon Focus with this fix.
