Size of vertical image when loaded into helicon focous

Can someone please help?
Horizontal images loaded into helicon focus from my Nikon D200 are 3872x2592 /16 bit in size.
Vertical images are 160x120 /8 bit in size and rendered at 840% magnification, thus can't be worked on. Please, how do I load vertical images at the proper size?

This is really strange. Small resolution means that thumbnail is used instead of the full image. Can you please upload problem file to
