When attemptingn startup Helicon Focus, I get an error message"Language library not found. Please reinstall application".
How do I do this ? The original was a download.
We will investigate this case ASAP. Which language is set on your computer? I mean Windows localization.
Are you running under admin or guest user with restricted rights?
Do you have xp or vista?
Can you please download Helicon Filter and check if it runs correctly?
I am running XP PRO, English, Administrator. I have solved this by downloading the trial program. I think I have purchased this, please check your records.
