Hi,
Is there a maximum file size that you can use with Helicon? If so, what is the largest size?

Yes, there is a limit. Helicon Focus is a 32 bit application and cannot use more then 2Gb of RAM ( or 3G after some tuning).
We tested the program on 80Mp images which are 240Mb large in 8bit quality and 480Mb if saved to 16 bit tiff.
Most probably you will be able to process images of larger size.

with everything moving towards 64bit for the ram problem you mention, do you think in the near future you will make a 64bit ?
(As I custom piece my new 64bit system)
