Trojan-dropper/gen in Helicon Focus

Hi,

I'm a bit concerned that kaspersky and superantispyware are finding a trojan within helicon focus.

It is the latest version from your server.

Can you tell me what this is please?

Can you give more information? You are using 4.50 version from our site? What kaspersky says?

I can't reproduce the message that kaspersky said, but I can find it each time with superantispyware.

C:\users\dave-m\appdata\local\helicon\common\dcraw.exe

C:\users\dave-m\appdata\local\helicon\focus\4\dcraw.exe

It finds two infections each time called trojan.dropper.

Yes, 4.5.0 is the version from your site - I bought the license the same day as I posted this.

Dave,

We checked the whole installation with 2 or 3 antiviruses including Kaspersky and none of them reported the virus.

Please scan your system, maybe the file was infected during installation?

Did you try superantispyware?

Did I mention I'm on Vista x64?

I'm building another system this week with XP32, so I'll install on that and see if anything shows up.
