"Dimensions are not equal"

Post by hondoguy »

I am getting this error message: "The dimensions of the first and current O:5DMKIIcolumbines\3893-4030\tiffs\_MG3933.tif images are not equal." Current image will be ignored and deleted from the list if you continue processing, etc...

I only get this message on a specific computer with version 4.75 Lite. The same files on a different computer with version 4.7 Lite run okay.

All the images were shot at the same time, resolution, etc.

This may happen if the images are very large and the program does not have enough memory to open the file. Or there is some other bug.

What is the resolution of the images and how much RAM do you have? 8 or 16 bit? You have XP or Vista?

Strange, 20Mpixel images should not cause such problems. We will try to reproduce this error.
