Activation key

I have purchased a 12 month license for helicon focus but when I enter the activation code I get an error message stating that the "Key registration failed. You do not have a license for this product" Any ideas plese to say where I am going wrong.

I know it says heliconfilter but that's the address they give. They should answer you straightaway if you have bought a licence. The staff at Helicon don't read these forums every day.
