depth map?

I imagine that you must create a depth map as part of the process of creating the wider dof image. Is it possible for the user to recover the depthmap? That would be useful for several uses of this application that I have in mind.

The current 3.20 version cannot create depth map. But the next 4.x version will have such a function.
