Just setup a new StackShot and I can't control it with the Helicon Focus, any ideas?
Configs:
- Nikon D5000
- MacBook Air running 10.6.6
- Helicon Remote Version: 2.0.16.m.5502f081e529
- Nikon and StackShot connected through Belkin 2.0 USB hub to MacBook Air
The Helicon remote seems to connect to both the Nikon and the StackShot. The live view to the camera works fine, the focus bracketing buttons light up blue when StackShot is connected but the forward and back buttons do not move camera on rail when pushed. Tried connecting/disconnecting StackShot with no luck. I can unplug the StackShot USB connection and the manual forward/back buttons on the StackShot controller work fine.
Thanks!

Re: Can't control StackShot with Helicon Focus
Please connect StackShot directly to MacBook, not though a USB hub if this is possible. We will check if this can be a problem. And please Report a bug (Helicon Remote menu\Help) after connecting hardware and taking couple of steps.
