Hello,
HF for Windows produces a bad result [the pics are badly aligned] when using the "import subfolders" option for batch processing. Is this a known bug?
Thanks Manuel

Manuel,
Please upload your stack (jpegs) to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/) and we will see what is happening.

Re: batch processing bug?
when do you plan to have a new version of HF with this bug fixed?
is there a previous version of HF that is free from this problem? if yes, how can I download it?
I really need to use this functionality.
Thanks,
Manuel

Re: batch processing bug?
Hello,
1) HF6.018 crashes when trying to process subfolders
2) HF5 seems to do it but the size of the output focused file is reduced to a fraction of the size of the input NEF files of the stack

Please try to use different RAW converter in the Preferences of Helicon Focus. Please make sure that WIC support is disabled in the Preferences of Helicon Focus for RAW files.
