This update (released this week) implements WiFi on this camera.

Has anyone tried it with HR yet?

We're corresponding with one person who tried it and was able to connect, see live view and adjust camera settings, but taking shots doesn't work for some reason yet unknown to us.

I tried last night, could not get the Bluetooth/WiFi transfer to work with Snapbridge.

Could not see how to set it up using the HR instructions but was rushed. Will try again.

Samsung Tab S is my device.

Tried HR again... I can get as far as Camera detected successfully, but with msg to reset camera settings and try again. Do so and get the same, endlessly. Camera settings always come back the same, incl IP address when detected by the tablet.

Camera D850 FW 1.10, Tablet is Samsung Tab S.

Noted "use AF-S" in your guide, have set that (never use it), not sure why it's needed.

It is working properly with my D5600

Tried again.

HR version is 3.9.7 (Android) device is Samsung Tab S. Camera is Nikon D850 FW 1.10.

HR did work for many months wired to camera. Last such use was Feb 24. Several attempts to use it since have failed. Connects to device but after one task completed (ie Preview or focus), the software locks up. Only way out is to close HR.

With WiFi, camera is detected but HR Returns a message that configuration is wrong, have to reset camera network params. Do so and it just repeats the message. The same happens if my local wifi network is on or off.

What specific camera settings are required?

Helicon Tech support has advised that WiFi still does not work with HR and this camera.
