Nikon d800e with ut1/wt5

I try to connect the above configuration to my IPad running Helilicon Remote but have no luck.......is there a easy to do instructions to do so, I’m not very good at computer things......pls advise

Here are the instructions for connecting a Nikon camera with WT unit: https://www.heliconsoft.com/HeliconRemoteHelp/english/network_manual.html#NikonWT
But this has to be done on Win or Mac OS, then you need to try connecting to iOS application
