Just downloaded the x64 windows pro version and after initiating a session of Helicon Remote, the program recognizes the camera, automatically switches to live view, after which none of the menus, buttons, or pull down menus are accessible/editable. Please advise.
Most likely caused by a conflict with another software that also connects to the camera; you need to find and terminate that software. Rebooting Windows can also be helpful
