difficulties when reassembling Remote

Sirs, I deleted the program Helicon Remote from my android tablet, by mistake. I have permanent licences for Focus and Remote. I tried to assemble it. Loading it via Google Play tells me "loaded", loading it via Heliconsoft page does not work.

How to continue?

Once the app has been downloaded successfully, did you try running it? Do you get any error message?
