Hello,

I have the same problem with my iMac (10.13.6) with Helicon Remote 3.9.9 and 3.9.10. But i can use Helicon Remote 3.9.8.

I have a MacBookPro (10.14.6) and i can use Helicon Remote 3.9.8, 3.9.9 and 3.9.10.

If your iMac system is 10.13.6, try Helicon Remote 3.9.8.

Regards

Thank´s for your answer! I have iMac 10.13.6 and the Remote is 3.9.10. How to change the Remote version and do you think that´s the solution?
Best regards

It seems to work fine whith Zerene. Tested the demo and now the Stackshot show it´s connection whith the program. Perhaps their support is a bit faster than this?
