Helicon focus not connecting to my Canon 7D MkII

Hi I have recently signed up and downloaded the latest version of Helicon remoteas part of a 1 year licensed Premium package, I am working on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.4 when I start HR it tells me there is no camera connected and will not work. The camera is a 7D MkII that worked ok on a previous version. Can you explain why it will not work now please.

Please go to System preferences - Privacy & Security - Privacy. Make sure Helicon Remote is ticked in the "Photos" and "Files and folders" categories.
