bug helicon and my new laptop

once helicon remote is opened, and my canon 5D mark 4 is recognized, helicon hangs and no longer responds
updated 3.9.12 and online registration done correctly

I use for 3 years Helicon focus and remote on mac os X.14 without problem

other observation,
when HR is bugged, the main window turns gray when I click on it
when I put out the canon, HR comes back

I bought a laptop running Windows 10 on which I installed helicon remote and focus.

I used it yesterday for outdoor jewellery shoots with flash studio elinchrom
the connection is made normally, I have normal access to the live view
I can determine points A and B for stacking
when I start the process, the pictures are taken but without flash

while when the live view is off, if I take a picture on the camera the flashes are triggered and the picture appears correctly on the preview screen of helicon remote.

do you know what happens ?
what do I need to do to fix it?

another observation, helicon remote open on my computer
at the moment when the soft connects with my cannon,
there is a shutter release and a flash

I received an answer from Helicon's technicians.

Disable silent release mode in the camera body settings. If the flash still doesn't trigger, go to preferences -> Shooting and set "Enable Live View when taking a shot" to "No".
