OK, I'm going to show myself up as really dumb here.
I have recently bought Helicon remote and focus. Love them on Windows.
I have the remote app on my Android Amazon Fire tablet. It takes all the pictures, the focus changing and the shutter clicking. But after that I don't know where the photos are! They are not on either card in my Canon 5Div. They don't seem to be anywhere in the Remote App.
Where are the pictures?
Where are the photos, on Android?
Re: Where are the photos, on Android?
Ha!
I think I've found them.
I looked at "settings" in the remote app and in the "save" tab there was a setting for where it would store the images.
I have answered this in case there are other dumb people out there!

Re: Where are the photos, on Android?
Yes, that's right. There is a group of settings on the Saving tab of program Preferences that determine where the images will be saved after shooting. You can set it separately for RAW, JPEG images, and video files whether they should be moved to computer and deleted from camera, copied to the computer or left in camera.
