Captures Mixed Portrait & Landscape Format

I used Helicon Remote a bit last year with no problems. I just set it up tethered to use this year for the first time and I shot 15 frames. The problem is that the first and last shots came in at Landscape format and all the others came in in portrait format. So, I can't combine everything in Helicon Soft. I guess I have to open up Camera Raw, fix the first and last and then combine in Helicon? What causes this? It's extremely inconvenient. Thanks!

This means that the camera body's orientation sensor was unable to reliably detect if the camera is in portrait or landscape orientation. This happens most often when the camera is pointing downwards (which is neither landscape nor portrait position). To solve the problem, either disable auto-rotation in the camera body menu, or mount the camera at less extreme angle to horizon so that the sensor may work correctly.

Thank you. I ended up seeing this in another post and tried to delete my post, but wasn't able to. Working great now.
