I'm not sure what you're asking about, do you intend to run Helicon Remote on RPi? The desktop version or the Android version? The Android version is already for ARM (32 and 64 bit), so it should be runnable if there is an Android emulator available. As for the desktop version, it only exists for Windows and Mac - not Linux.
