Transferring photos from iOS (iPhone and iPad)

I am a newbie and have a newbie question. I took a stack of photos and see them in the Helicon Remote Photo Browser on my iPhone, but not in the Photos app. How do I transfer this photos to my Mac and delete them from my phone and iPad. Thanks.
